Setup Logging

Configure comprehensive logging to track all activities in your Discord server.

Overview

Bulbbot's logging system allows you to monitor almost all events in your server. From moderation actions to channel updates, role changes, and permission modifications, Bulbbot keeps detailed logs to help you maintain oversight of your community.

Log Types

Moderation Logs

Track all moderation actions including bans, kicks, warnings, and timeouts.

Message Logs

Log deleted and edited messages to maintain a record of chat activity.

Member Logs

Track member joins, leaves, nickname changes, and role updates.

Channel Logs

Monitor channel creation, deletion, and configuration changes.

Role Logs

Keep track of role changes, permissions updates, and role assignments.

AutoMod Logs

Special log type for all AutoMod actions and censored messages.

Configuration

Use the !configure command to set up logging channels for different log types. You can create separate channels for different categories or use a single channel for all logs.

Best Practice

We recommend creating separate channels for different log types to keep your logs organized and easy to review. This also helps prevent log spam in a single channel.
